Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TranCards iOS application operated by BeeCrow, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TranCards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TranCards is an OCR-powered translation and vocabulary learning app. Features include:

• Camera-based text recognition (OCR)
• Real-time translation overlay
• Vocabulary saving and flashcard review
• Spaced repetition learning system

3. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• 10 translations per day
• 50 flashcards maximum
• Basic languages

Pro Plan ($4.99/month)

• Unlimited translations
• Unlimited flashcards
• All languages
• Advanced AI translations
• Offline mode

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel at any time in iOS Settings

4. Translation Accuracy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Resell translations without permission

6. Intellectual Property

TranCards and its original content are owned by BeeCrow, LLC. Your vocabulary data belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

BeeCrow, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Inaccurate translations
• OCR errors
• Data loss
• Any indirect or consequential damages

9. App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and BeeCrow, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for TranCards.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
